About Lot & acre

Our relationship with commercial farming is one of polite detachment. We're an intimate 5-acre Chicagoland operation, prioritizing no-till organic soil. This allows us to grow for flavor and nutrient density—not size and shipping durability. We're sustainable, with our own bees, well water, and bespoke growing practices. Our harvest runs continuously from Monday, June 1st, to Thursday, October 15th.
